C Salt wine bar & grille is a hidden gem in Falmouth that we are very excited to share with you.

With just 43 seats, a celebrated chef, open kitchen, modern American cuisine with Asian and French influences using the freshest of ingredients, and an extensive wine list, you’re in for a fun night.

Who:       

Owners Jonathan and Jill Philips

In July of 2013, Jonathan and his wife Jill, a PGA Professional, realized one of their life long dreams of opening their own restaurant.

Chef – Jonathan Philips

Jonathan studied a vast variety of cuisine at Johnson and Wales, but fell in love with the idea of blending American cuisine with Asian and French styles. He honed his culinary skills working for some of the South Shore premier restaurants. In 2008 he accepted the Executive Chef position at The Golf Club of Cape Cod, where he fell in love with the Cape and the town of Falmouth.

Maitre d’ / Sommelier Errol Joseph

For nearly ten years Errol has been involved in the prestigious Court of Master Sommeliers program and in 2007 he became a Certified Sommelier after successful completion of the second level exam within the organization.

Open 5 days a week for dine-in or take-out.

Crispy Thai Calamari – lightly battered and fried, tossed in a hot and sour dressing and served with baby spinach, mango, pea shoots, cashew crumble, and grapefruit

Sesame Hoisin Wings – lightly breaded and crisp fried with sesame hoisin sauce

Sushi Grade Tuna grilled rare, crispy jasmine rice cake, sesame stir fried baby bok choy, wasabi vinaigrette, soy syrup, pomegranate syrup, lime & cilantro

Vegetarian Tasting – a taste of vegetables from various dishes throughout the menu

Steak Frites, grilled angus beef rib-eye topped with a melting bleu cheese butter, and hand-cut fries tossed in the signature C Salt.
