La Mer Concierge is thrilled to recommend to all of its friends and clients, a new and exciting restaurant in Osterville.

House-made, organic, handcrafted, fresh, wood-fired, grass-fed, and local – all describe the ingredients used in the made-from-scratch pastas, pizzas, and salads on the menu at Crisp Flatbread Inc. on Main Street.

Newly renovated, the comfortable and inviting stylish décor, outstanding comfort food, and creative menu make the dining experience one you want to repeat.

Owner Jamie Surprenant (co-owner of Five Bays Bistro in Osterville and Falmouth’s Anejo Mexican Bistro) had a vision for this Main Street location, “I wanted to make this a neighborhood gathering place where everyone could come for great pizza.”

The friendly and personable staff and talented Chef/co-owner Jimmy Supka, have quickly built a following of regulars, and the offerings go way beyond great pizza.

The Food

Flatbread and Charcuterie specials are offered daily based on what is in season and available from local farms. The 900-degree wood-fired oven serves up the pizzas in just three minutes, with a perfect soft-centered hot crust.

One of the most popular flatbreads on the menu is the Duck Bacon (cured in-house for 24 hours), paired with goat cheese, house-made mozzarella, dried tart cherries, shallots, garlic, basil, and a pomegranate drizzle. The Short Rib Flatbread is another favorite; root beer braised short rib with chipotle BBQ, cave-aged Gruyere and caramelized onions.

The gluten-free pizza, pasta and beer are also very popular.

Drinks

A beautiful marble-topped bar with two TVs is the perfect spot to order from an interesting selection of wine (by the glass or bottle) and local and imported beers.

Desserts

The do-it-yourself S’mores Kit completes the outdoor patio fire pit experience.

All of the desserts are house-made, including Tiramisu, Fudge Brownies and Apple-cranberry Crisp.
